    Questions, answered

Everything you need to know about Slycora: how it works, what it costs, and how to get in touch.

    What Slycora is

    What is Slycora?

Slycora is an adaptive execution system for adults with ADHD and executive function challenges. It connects tasks, energy, priorities, and real-life context to one clear next step, then adjusts that step when reality changes. That means fewer dropped balls, fewer lost hours, and a working life that finally fits how your brain operates.

    Who is Slycora for?

Slycora is built for adults with ADHD and anyone with executive function challenges. If task lists pile up faster than you can act on them and planning feels harder than doing, or if you've been told to "focus more" one too many times then Slycora is built for you.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use Slycora?

Slycora is designed for ADHD minds, but useful for anyone failed by normal task managers.

How is Slycora different from a regular to-do list?

Unlike a to-do list that just stores tasks, Slycora shows you what is next based on what's urgent, important, and relevant to you right now, and gets smarter the more you use it.

What platforms does it run on?

iOS first. iPhone is fully supported. Apple Watch and Apple Health integration will be added soon. Other platforms follow later.

    How it works

How does Slycora decide what goes on my plan today?

Slycora looks at everything on your list and builds your day for you. It weighs what's urgent, what matters, and what you can realistically get done right now. As things change during the day, it adjusts. So instead of staring at an overwhelming list and wondering where to start, you always know exactly what to do next.

What are the Mind, Body, and Time bars?

Mind, Body, and Time bars are a quick way of telling Slycora how much you have to give today. Mind is your mental and cognitive energy, Body is your physical energy, and Time is how much free time you have available. Slycora uses these three readings to match tasks to your real capacity rather than planning your day as if you're always at 100%, so what ends up on your list is doable given how you're feeling right now.
You can change the the Mind, Body, and Time parameters under My profile.

Can I add tasks by voice?

Yes. Just tap the mic button and say what's on your mind. Slycora listens, figures out what the tasks are, and shows them in Braindump for you to confirm before saving. It's designed to be as quick as possible so the thought doesn't disappear before you've captured it.

Can I import tasks from another app?

Yes. Right now you can import tasks directly from Apple Reminders, just select which lists you want to bring in and they will land in your Slycora backlog. More integrations are on the way. Nothing is changed and the reminders remain in the Reminders app, unchanged.

Does Slycora send a lot of notifications?

No more than you want. Slycora keeps notifications minimal. You can turn them down further in settings.

    Can I use Slycora offline?

Yes. Slycora works offline. Any changes you make are saved locally and sync automatically as soon as your connection is back. The only things that pause without internet are features that need AI, like planning and voice processing.

Your data is yours. Slycora processes it to build your plan and improve your experience. Slycora does not sell your data to anyone. Full details in our privacy policy.

    Getting Slycora and pricing

    Where can I download Slycora?

Slycora is available on the App Store. Download for iPhone.

Is Slycora free? How much does it cost?

Slycora is a subscription app. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.

    Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings at any time, and your access continues to the end of the current billing period. With a 30-day trial, you don't need to cancel anything. We are not asking for your credit card details until you are ready to subscribe.

    Can I get a refund?

Refunds go through Apple. Open your Apple ID, find Slycora in your purchase history, and tap "Report a Problem" to request a refund.

I'm a coach or clinician. Can I recommend Slycora to my clients?

Yes. Slycora works well alongside the support coaches and clinicians provide. It's a planning and execution tool, not a medical device, and it doesn't offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I have feedback or a bug. Where do I send it?

Email support@slycora.com or use the in-app feedback option from any task.

    The important questions

Slycora told me to do the dishes before my investor call. Should I trust it?

Yes. If the dishes were sitting there rent-free in your head, clearing them first freed up cognitive space worth more than the five minutes it took. Slycora noticed. You're welcome.

I added "fix my life" as a task. Why isn't it on today's plan?

Slycora couldn't fit it today. It's in your Backlog, scored and waiting. Try breaking it into smaller tasks; Slycora works best when it knows what "fixed" looks like.

My plan looks suspiciously reasonable. Is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong. That feeling is the point.

Other to-do apps haven't worked for me. Why would Slycora be any different?

Because Slycora is built around how ADHD brains work, not how productivity gurus think they should. Most apps give you a better place to store tasks. Slycora shows you which one to do right now, based on how you're feeling. Try it and see.
